You need to scan Angel Info Strata & Angel Deep Info Strata untill you find requested.
Some of structures can not be opened untill Guards destroyed.

You need to scan various ancient structures to get requested items..
And you have to kill guards to open structure, guards warping in every 5-10 minutes.
You`ll have to use something effective against frigs at close distance. ( i had to refit my Rupture with medium autocannons instead of
medium artillery. All 4 rystals were found in Ancient Data Cores)
Come back to your agent.
